Mapping With Google Fusion Tables and Google Maps

You have data with location information, say by Super Output Areas? Wouldn’t it be great to create an online map from this, but it needs to be free and easy?  Sam Baars over at the Institute of Social Change built an impressive solution, using Google Fusion Tables and Google Maps.
